Return & Refund Policy
30 Days Easy Return
If you're unsatisfied with the size or quality of the items you receive, you can initiate a Return Request within 30 days from the item's arrival date.
All return requests will be carefully evaluated, and our friendly Customer Service team will be happy to assist you throughout the process.
Important Notes:

To be eligible for returns or exchanges (30 Days Easy Return), items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered.

We do not provide free return shipping, and we do not refund any fees associated with return shipping. (The shipping cost is usually around $25.)

Except for the United States, customers from other countries will be responsible for international return shipping costs. Please make sure all order details (such as size, color, and model) are confirmed before placing your order to avoid high international return shipping fees.

To ensure that your return is valid and eligible for a refund:

Always process a return in accordance with our Return Procedure.

Provide the tracking number as soon as you ship your return.

As Aolon smartwatches are not medical-grade devices, refund requests based solely on discrepancies in data accuracy compared to medical equipment are not covered under our warranty policy. If you still wish to proceed with a return, please note that shipping costs (both ways) and handling fees for processing the item in and out of our warehouse will be at your own expense.

If your order has already been processed and notified to the warehouse, and you wish to cancel or refund the order, a $10 repackaging and warehouse handling fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
