Cannot manually adjust time etc

From order placement to delivery was around 10 days, which was good. I thought i had ordered the GT5 Pro and the Pulse was delivered. I think the features I wanted are on both so this is not a problem. I found the instruction literature to be very basic and did not cover any of the features of the watch. A good manual would include descriptions of each feature plus a description of whatever buttons or switched are on the watch with a description of use. On the Pulse there is a rectangular button on the right-hand side that is not described anywhere or what its purpose is and how it works. One of the medical information features is call Met. This is not described anywhere, and I have no idea what it is measuring. The Activity screen shows three metrics, shows steps walked, but the next two just have symbols with no explanation. Is the second one calories? A better more detailed manual showing every feature would have been useful. The portable charger was a surprise in that there was no cord. It was just a connecting device for the watch.
